Shipping

Smaller goods ship within 2-3 business days. Additional time will be required for transit and local delivery.

International orders: Each country has its own percentage rate for taxes and duties, and customers are responsible for tariffs when orders arrive in the destination country.

Returns

We accept returns for store credit only, minus a 15% restocking fee. However, some items are final sale and not eligible for return, please see further details below. Return requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. Products that come in their own box, such as light bulbs and accessories, must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging, as it is considered part of the product. Once installed, products are no longer eligible for return.

 

The following items cannot be canceled and are considered final sale: in-stock furniture pieces, custom work, special editions, products from the Handmade, Disc, Flora, or Terra collections, and both the Chromatic Glass and Ceramic Up Down Sconces. Any modifications made to any of our products will void their warranty, certifications, and eligibility for return.

 

In-Person Sales:

For in-person sales, we accept returns for exchange or store credit within 7 business days of purchase. Returns do not apply to Made-to-Order (MTO) items, vintage, one-of-a-kind, limited-edition items, food items, or apothecaries (e.g., soap, candles, creams).

 

Instagram Shop: 

All sales through our Instagram Shop are final, with no exceptions.
